Booking/Cancellation Policy

• Full payment of your rental is required at time of reservation
• Please make checks payable to CoVA Tennis Center
• Rental cancellation must be made at least 7 days in advance of event. Cancellations at least 7 days in advance receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations less than 7 days in advance receive no refund.
• Refunds are given within seven days of written notice of cancellation
• Fees will be issued for any time space is occupied past the agreed rental time, even if it's less than a one-hour increment. Payment for late exit is due immediately prior to leaving the facility.
• Renter must be 21 years of age and present for the duration of the rental period.
• Rentals are booked per hour on a first-come, first-served basis
• Rentals do not include sports equipment, decor, or food and beverage

Additonal Guidelines

• All participants shall comply with all laws, ordinances, or regulations adopted or established by federal, state, or local governmental agencies or bodies, and all rules and regulations as provided by the Center
• Group representatives are responsible for the conduct of the group participants and the overall cleanliness of the rented area(s)
• Approved facility/room capacity cannot be exceeded
• Storing of materials in advance of rental must have prior approval
• All property and materials pertaining to the rental will be removed at the conclusion of the assigned used period
• The space will be free of trash and spillage - trash should be properly disposed of. CTC is not responsible for items left on the premises.
• The facilities are under video surveillance for security purposes.
• Restitution may be required as a result of damage to CTC property
• Possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited
• All areas are smoke-free environments
• Decorations may be used with prior approval. Only painter's tape may be used on walls. The Center reserves the right to remove all unauthorized materials
• No cooking, grilling, or frying of any kind is allowed. Burning candles and open flames are not permitted. Only birthday candles and sterno cans for chafing dishes are allowed
• Entry to reserved space prior to the scheduled time of use is not permitted
• Removal of center property from the buildings or premises is prohibited
• Amplified sound and/or live music is not permitted unless approved in advance
