Waiver & Release

Individuals utilizing the CoVA Tennis Center do so at their own risk. The property owner(s), facility owners and operators, officers, and staff of CoVA Tennis Center assume no liability for any injuries or accidents which may occur.The waiver must be filled out and turned in at the front desk prior to participating in activities at the CoVA Tennis Center. Any participant under the age of 18 is considered a minor and can not sign the waiver. Any minor will need a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.In order to download a waiver, please click HERE.

Court Reservation

Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance for CoVA Members, 4 days in advance for Preferred Guests, and 1 day in advance for Standard Guests. All players (4 for 
doubles, 2 for singles, 1 for individual) must be defined prior to reserving a court. All players must check-in at the front desk and pay associated court fees prior to play. If a player does not pay for their fee before using the court, their fee will be charged to the player who made the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for court reservations and lessons. Please report cancellation to the front desk and/or management via phone, text and/or email: covatennis@gmail.com. If the cancellation is not made at least 24 hours in advance of the reserved court time or lesson, the primary court reserver will be billed for the time (priced at lesson rate, or the Standard Guest lesson rate). A new court or lesson cannot be reserved until the court cancellation fee has been paid. Canceling a court in advance shows respect for other players and might allow others to utilize the desired court time.

Matchmaking/Substitutes

CTC staff will not actively “matchmake” to find substitutes. It is the reserving player(s) responsibility to field player(s) to fill a court reservation. If all players cannot be fielded for a court, the court will be cancelled and opened for reservation by others. Late cancellations will incur court fees (see policy below) as applicable.

Court Assignments

Specific court number assignments may be requested at reservation but may not be guaranteed, based on court availability and allocation defined by CTC staff.

Registration

Full payment (for full session or individual drop-in date) is required to register.

Refunds

No refunds for late arrival, early departure, withdrawal from class, or other personal reasons. Refunds may be given only for medical reason, with doctor’s note effective from the day the note is presented.
